Honestly I hoped they would include the feature in an update, but the feature still not being included since the Anniversary Update kinda made me lose my hope. So I honestly don't understand why it didn't make it's way into the PC build. There are plenty of games natively supporting Hapic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers on PC as listed in the list which u/Storm_treize linked.

The only reason I could think of is the feature being a licensed exclusive for only the PS5.

I still find it an odd decision from the game devs to not include this feature in the PC build of the game. You could try create a custom Bow AT mode in DSX to create somewhat of a bow effect while playing the game. Sadly the game only supports basic vibrations and nothing more then that. You'd need something like DSX, DS4Windows or Steam Input for wireless functionality. The game does recognize the DualSense natively wired over USB but not wireless over Bluetooth.

The game wasn't release on Steam at the time. Although I bought the game through the Epic Games Store instead of Steam.
